The OneStart project team is working to make the portal as accessible as possible to all users. The current release of the portal does not meet our requirements for accessibility, however, we intend to fulfill those requirements in future releases. The OneStart project team intends to adhere to the W3C Priority 1 standards as outlined at www.w3.org/TR/WAI-WEBCONTENT/. If it is not available, go to www.w3c.org and choose the Accessibility link.
Bobby
The Bobby software allows you to test your web page against the W3C Priority 1 guidelines. It is free to use. It can be found at www.cast.org/bobby.
JAWS
JAWS is a screen reader that may be used with audio speakers or a Braille reader. It may be used at the Adaptive Technology Lab in Bloomington or its trial version can be downloaded for free from http://www.hj.com/fs_downloads/jaws.asp.
