Deactivate
This action allows the IACUC Administrator to deactivate an IACUC protocol based on a request to deactivate the protocol by the investigator.

Prior to the action being performed, the protocol must be in the following state:
The protocol status can be Active, Active - On Hold or Administratively Approved The submission status can be in any state

After the action is performed
The protocol status changes to Deactivated The submission status changes to Deactivated |
